• In case of event cancellation or postponement, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

• The Warden shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by users, including travel or accommodation expenses, in case of event changes or cancellations.

The Warden shall not be liable for:

• Delays

• Schedule changes

Due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• War or terrorism

• Government restrictions

• Civil unrest or emergencies

8. Artist & Promotional Content Rights
By participating in events or collaborations, artists and attendees agree that:

• Photos/videos captured during events may be used by The Warden for promotional and marketing purposes.

• No compensation will be provided for such usage unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The Warden shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Any losses arising from event participation
